I've been working on web systems since the early 2000s.

The references below are from earlier projects, but they reflect the same approach I still take today - understanding how a system works, working carefully within constraints, and delivering reliable outcomes.

Web development, content systems and collaboration (2005–2006)

Neil worked on key parts of our website that would not otherwise have been completed. He was very easy to work with because of his professional manner and flexible approach.

Development and technical support (2003–2006)

Neil provided key support throughout the development project, and went on to contribute technical support with Linux alongside his development work.

Over a very short period of time Neil developed and implemented a website - we were one of the first in the Borough to have a website.
